50th Reunion New Survey

This survey gives you a voice as a member of MCHS Class of 1974.

Please complete this new revised survey.
Only 39 classmates out of 224 responded to the first survey.  It takes about one minute to fill out.

1)   Classmates voted! We will be having a 50th class reunion in 2024.
 
2)   Classmates voted! We will be having an icebreaker and a reunion dinner.
 
3)   What month do you feel is the best time for our reunion/celebration? The two months with the highest votes are July and October. Please select one of those months.
 
4)   Classmates voted! We will be touring both the Freshman Campus (East) and the Upper Campus (West.) Both schools have new renovations including a 70,000 sq.ft. at the Upper Campus worth 40 M.
 
5)   Would you like music at the reunion dinner?
 
6)   Volunteer to help with our icebreaker and reunion celebrations. If you have already signed up to help, no need to check again. If you checked wherever help is needed, please consider making a choice. Currently, the most help is needed searching for missing classmates. Help is still needed in all of the other areas too!
